Bombardier recently annouced of an IGW version of the CRJ-700 and CRJ-900, which would feature slanted winglets instead of the standard winglets that stand perpendicular to the wing. With all of the winglet modifications that have been going on lately to the Boeing aircraft, particulary those belonging to CO
, could current customers of the original CRJ aircraft, the CRJ-100/200, seek to have such modifications done in hopes of increasing efficiency?
