Rain Repellant System - A320

What is the Rain Repellant system used on the A320.Is it still functional considering the damage to the Ozone layer.

Because it is now Ozone friendly.

Why did the B737s not continue with the Rain Repellant system.Why was it deactivated if Ozone Friendly repellants were available.
