Here at BY all our compartment temp indications are in degrees C, this includes the A/C temps on the Eicas ECS/MSG page, such as the pack out temp.

Our overheads are in F, but I seem to recall a few of the parameters on the maintenance pages are on C. I'm sure it's just a software issue.

Customer Option set by the vendor. The option is set inside the Compartment Temp Ind Panel.

Ref WDM 21-65-01. Option is et by either opening or shorting pins 12 and 13 on connector D3578 at the Compartment Temp Ind Panel.
An open circuit btwn pins 12-13 would give you °C and jumping the 2 would give you °F.

I should have said AT the panel.

IIRC an informal standard for US delivered aircraft was oF for passenger spaces and oC for ducts and packs where temperatures were of more interest to engineers.

Exceptions to this probably outnumber confirmations.
Happiness is not seeing another trite Ste. Maarten photo all week long.
