Do you guys think you could bend up and flare a set of brake lines for my Road Runner?
We're getting a little off topic, but what the heck. You will need to carefully remove the brake lines and use them as a pattern. As United_Fan suggested, it is possible to bend by hand. Just use anything slightly smaller than the desired radius to bend with, however this takes practice as the radius must start and finish at the correct point. That is why a tubing bender is helpful as it is easier to guage the begining point and radius.
Until recently I owned a 69 Coronet Super Bee and still have many contacts for Mopar stuff. IM
me your location and maybe I can hook you up. I live near ONT
and used to have many customers / friends that worked @ Lockheed before the move. I used to watch the C130's do touch and go's after the mods were done. Those guys were crazy! There used to be a Saudi L1011 hospital ship there for quite some time in the early 90's. I heard they were fitting is with an anti missle system but I'm not positive. Maybe you know. We also had a contingent of Argentine AF
pilots here when they were upgrading A6's at Chino. They were a good bunch. I really miss getting those Lockheed calenders. They had excellent Pics.
