Singapore Airlines Acars Questions

Mon Apr 17, 2006 6:08 am

Hello guys,

I have 2 questions about SQ ACARS use. I've repeatedly read the message "AIRSHOW HAPPY FACE MSG REQUEST" like in this one:

19/03/2006 09:34 9V-SPQ B744 Singapore Airlines SQ0025 JFK-SIN 100A #T1BRRC6 AIRSHOW HAPPY FACE MSG REQUEST
So what is this about? Any ideas?

My 2nd question: Could someone give me a list of abbreveations for meal choices as used with ACARS in general, like AVML for Asian Vegetarian Meal?

Kindly adv pls. Thx.

Thomas
