Differences Between Trent 1000 & Genx

Mon May 01, 2006 2:01 am

What are the real technical differences between the Trent & the GEnx (outside of the three-shaft design). While the GE site has a very informative show on the technologies behind the GEnx the RR site is somewhat lacking. Thanks

I'd have to read it again to get into details. I was simply providing a useful reference that would have otherwise gone unnoticed  Smile

Is this what you are talking about:

If so, it doesn't give much info on the RR1000, but still an interesting read.
