AC 33 Load Factors

Mon Mar 03, 2008 7:10 pm

Does anyone know the load factors on AC 33 between YVR and SYD? I believe it'll be a 772LR by then, correct?

It would be inappropriate to post general loads on a public site. However, I will say after checking loads for the next two weeks ... I would NOT want to be non-reving on that flight.
Just because I stopped arguing, doesn't mean I think you are right. It just means I gave up!

Yup basically its a matter of going down to LAX and taking QF or UA to SYD MEL or BNE (where ever your travels take you) I got excited when they made it a non-stop flight because it was always difficult getting on this flight. Now that its a non-stop on a 777 its no easier, in-fact I would go as far as to say its even worse.

But the advantage now is that if you do get on you don't have to worry about getting bumped at HNL.

Yea thats true, though for some reason I have always had an easy time going SYD-HNL-YVR (close calls but always got on) The big problem was YVR-HNL as it was always full, though the flights leaving HNL for SYD was usually pretty easy to get on. I guess they are just carrying more pax now as they are flying still two daily YVR-HNLs and now the 1 Daily 77L YVR-SYD. As much trouble it is for a con, it just means the airline is doing well!
