Planning Question

If an airline wanted to start new routes, or was even a new company how many planes would it need for an example plan

Daily LON/EWR
Daily LON/JNB
Daily LON/PEK

How many flight staff would it need?

i just interest to know how these things come about...

First question would be is it flying these three routes daily? if so each plane may need 10-15 cabin brew 2 pilots,then the same amount of crew for the return journey..you would prob need 100 cabin crew,25 pilots,6 people in ops,out source the maintenance,.
But just flight crew alone maybe in the region of 120 people.
