Hard Coat Anodize & Aircraft/Engine Parts

I am curious to find what quality qualifications are typically required to perform anodize work on aircraft and engines parts. How important is geography in vendor selection (it's always good to be able to see parts in process, but perhaps because of qualifications like ISO not necessary)? What types of turn around times are typically sought (yes, faster is always better)? What are the part sizes that require anodize?

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
