What Is This On The 787 Tail

I know this has to be for flight testing, but what is the conical object attached to the 787's tail?

Its a trailing cone, used to calibrate the pitot static system.

First flight, and they've already pimped it - it's a rabbits tail  Wink
From receips and radials over straight pipes to big fans - been there, done that, got the hearing defects to prove
