1> Do pilots feel comfortable in their seats for a long time, and do they have padding for a cushy feel?
2> Do passenger seat designers ever sit in their own chair? For upto 18 hours?
3> Do passenger seats feel comfortable with more seat-to-seat length distance, or seat-to-seat separation?
4> Why can't there by standards for seat dividers to be invisible when raised?
5> Why can't designers figure out how to use the side wall void space for extra inches in circular passenger cabins?
6> Why can't designers figure out how to make the DVD infotainment system not butt into the under-the-seat leg space of a passenger? Like, in the "void space" between seat and window... to allow ventilation and air flow, plus a comfy seat rest. (hint: Continental 757 service, Y class - but others as well)
Reasonable questions.... no unreasonable answers please. But if you have the ability to influence seat designers, please do so!
What do you think?
