Does The -535C And -535E4B Sound Alike?

Sat Jul 17, 2010 11:54 pm

I am aware of this thread: RB211-535C & E4 (by HAWK21M Jul 27 2007 in Tech Ops) but no one mentioned it. Personally, I've never heard an RB211-535C with my own ears through video or in person. I'm just curious..

This isn't related to my question, but I have another. Which word should I have used for the question in the Topic? "Do" or "Does"? I'm kind of a grammar freak..

I don't know about the engines, but DO is definitely the correct word for the title :p

No, they both have their own unique sound. The E4's have more of a metallic sound as they approach you, the C's tend to make a quieter whoosh sound both before and after they have past by.
