US Airways Question?

Mon May 30, 2011 5:00 pm

Had a question in regards to pay and a position I applied for within US Airways. I applied for a Hub Shift Manager in PHX and was called for an interview for this upcoming Friday. I have read the job posting and everything but was just wondering if anyone had any info on the pay for the position? Or really any general info about the position is it salaried/hourly, is the position worth the move from Florida, or the PHX operation overall. Thanks for any info you all may have!

This is self-reported, of course, but 34-57k according to http://www.glassdoor.com/Salary/US-A...anager-Salaries-E685_D_KO11,24.htm

Should be a salaried position. My dad has the same position, just for Piedmont (DBA US Express), and in CLT

You'll probably start out around 30K/year, salary.

PHX runs a pretty smooth operation. I can't tell you if it's worth the move or not; that's something you have to decide for yourself. I personally wouldn't do it... but that's speaking from my own goals.

Good luck!
