AC Scheduling Info Help

I'm not sure if the string below is industry standard or AC-specific but I would love some help decoding it. Corrections to my terminology are welcome.

1510+0900 - Stage Time In time zone of arrival airport?

77W - Aircraft type (although I thought AC1 was 77L)

J42Y307 - Seating Config/breakdown
A01 - ?
01000003 - ?

The +0900 is the time difference between GMT/UTC and local time in Tokyo, i.e. local time at NRT = GMT/UTC plus 9 hours. Same thing for the -0500 after the departure time from Toronto, i.e. local time in YYZ = GMT/UTC minus 5 hours (when daylight saving time isn't in effect).
