Finnair A320 In AZA?

Sun Jun 17, 2012 1:45 am

Hi there everyone!

Please allow me to preface this by saying that I haven't had much experience here on the forums so please forgive me in advance. I'm usually a silent observer. Also, please recategorize this post as needed, I thought this was the most appropriate.

I was in Mesa, AZ yesterday and when I was driving by AZA, I saw an A320 taking off in Finnair (AY) livery. What could it possibly be? The only two airlines into that airport are G4 and NK.

Im not even sure what resources there are to find the answer to this question. Anyways, thanks for any information in advance.

I checked flightaware for yesterday and I didn't see any AY aircraft, are you sure you didn't see a NK airplane in the new livery?

I could have SWORN that it wasn't NK. But you never know, I could just be going insane. Haha. Thanks for looking into it.

They've been doing something with them at KDVT at Honeywell and have been rotating them out over the past couple months as they complete whatever they're doing. Also it is the E170.

Huh. How many stops would an empty E170 need to get there from HEL? Two? Three?

Yeah, one airplane comes in, Honeywell does whatever it does to it, then it flys to KSYR(from there IDK where it goes), and another one comes in and the process starts over.
