Cockpit Control Explained

I was looking for a website that could explain to me the various controls in cockpit of a modern airliners. I did manage to find one, but then lost it.

Any suggestions..

Many cockpit videos (Pilots Eye, Just Planes World Air Routes) include a section where pilots explain various systems, how they work and how they are hadled.

Also you might find some materials on smartcockpit.com
The light at the end of tunnel turn out to be a lighted sing saying NO EXIT

the 737 is not quite a modern airliner, but this website describes and explaines all the aircraft systems and the corresponding cockpit indications and controls

does anyone know a similar website for the MD11? I only know http://www.md-11.org/welcome.html which isn´t nearly as comprehensive
