What we use as empty weight in our discussions and the OEMs range examples is a idealistic empty weight. Formally things like water for the galleys and toilets are missing but on almost every practical airliner interior options, IFE etc will increase the empty weight. The open TK
listing gives good values for how big the difference is in real life, for a 737 and 320 it is normally an additional 1.5t for a cabin whith standard seating.
Any special arrangements for the seating and the difference increases, the 332 had an official OEW of 116.8t and the TK
typical DOW is 124.8t for a 250 seater. Now those 8 tons are often forgotten when we talk about possible destinations for a 332
, god to be able to check what a real ship looks like.
Nice job by Sunrisevalley, I use it all the time.
