Concorde G Load Certification?

Thu Feb 14, 2013 9:36 pm

Was the Concorde subject to a different seating "G" load factor for certification at the time of its service due to the nature of the beast. If it was, would it have been different than the 9G and 16G?

I don't think Concorde's high performance would have affected passenger seat g limits. Those limits are determined by what impact acceleration humans can survive. That is not a function of aircraft performance.
The glass isn't half empty, or half full, it's twice as big as it needs to be.
