Wouldn't the manufacturer(s) of these already have that data?
I sell airplanes and airplane accessories

If you know what material the cargo liners are made off, you can get a samples from the supplier.
Typically the cargo liner is a glass reinforced phenolic or polyester sheet (various thickness).

One supplier is M.C. Gill corporation. They may be able to give you some small samples 38 cm X 38 cm (approx).

Otherwise, they come in large sheets.

Airbus will not let them share the data.

Actually its an A330-200

Correct and since the construction is Airbus proprietary, they are only allowed to sell it by Airbus part number.
We got two panels on order, but since there are lead time issues I was hoping to find some identical contruction on the used market.

Getting an FAA STC on an Airbus aircraft can be significantly different that a Boeing aircraft.
