Aircraft Catering

Sun Jul 07, 2013 4:55 pm

Does anyone have any airline catering guide lines? My friend has an old Piedmont Airlines one which has all galley layouts, tray setups, e.g. Preferably airlines like Pan Am, USAir, Piedmont and Northwest. I saw a Northwest Catering guide on eBay for an horrendous price more than $180!

P.S. I like aircraft catering! Big grin
