Australian Transport Statistics

Mon Sep 02, 2013 6:09 pm

Hi there,

Really not sure if this is the correct forum, but it sounds the most appropriate (ie move if neccessary). What im looking for is the authoritative airline stats for Australia. I have found the BITRE statistics but im not sure their data is what cut the way I want it. Eg, they say that pax between Australaia and India are just over 2k for CY13 (on all carriers), which cannot be right. Im interested to know what were the total pax movements between countries in a given year, eg what are total pax between all ports in India and all ports in Australia, either direct or via a midpoint. Id like to eventually calculate a pax per day figure if possible. This is only for my own interests, absolutely no commercial interest here at all!
