SPEC2000 Between OEM And Supplier

Dear IT gurus.

I would like to collect any fact data that
whether SPEC2000 is the standard EDI protocol or not between airline and OEM.
I understand it's industry standard between OEM and suppliers.
But, how about between airline and OEM?

If you know any information or resource, please let me know.

Yes spec2000 contains all the requirements for communicating data about airplane reliability between the airline and manufacturer.
