Minicraft Models

Sat Nov 27, 1999 2:53 am

Just wondering if anybody has made the minicraft 1/144 passenger jet models like the B737-300/400 or B757 models. If you have and they turned out ok, how did you conceal the join between the cockpit windscreen and the fuselage. I've tried a few things but with not much luck
any hints??????
Aircraft I've flown: A300/A310/A320/A321/A330/A340/B727/B732/B733/B734/B735/B738/B741/B742/B744/DC10/MD80/IL62/Bae146/AR

I've constructed the Minicraft Boeing 737-300 - great kit! I also have the PW-powered 757 (C32), 737-400, Boeing 377 Stratocruiser and Douglas DC-6 in the works. They are nice kits, with good detailing and they go together very well.

As far as concealing the seal between the plastic windshield canopy and the rest of the fuse, it can be done with Testors putty, then sanded. Not really a problem.

Happy modelling!
