Hi

Here's Air Canada's E-mail address:- webmaster@aircanada.ca

If it is Safety Cards or any other airline items that you are wanting (Except a magazine, but I think you'll have to pay for this.) They won't send it to you. Below is a copy of the e-mail that I received.

--------------------
Hello,

Thank you for visiting our site.

Regarding: Posters/Postcards etc. Unfortunately we only distribute them to travel agencies.

If you would like pictures, they can be downloaded from our site in the Air Canada fleet section: http://www.aircanada.ca/about-us/our-fleet/

If you would like to purchase Air Canada promotional items from a catalogue, please contact Marco Promotions at 1-800-440-1344 or 1-888-737-1156 or fax request to: 519-442-3383.

We do not distribute safety cards to the public.

You can e-mail to info@enroutemag.net for enRoute magazine information.

Thankyou.

Forget Email ! Write To An Office !

Sat Jan 08, 2000 8:40 am

Craig,
Believe it or not, but I received almost just the same mail as you did.

Okay, it's all clear that Air Canada don't want to send any material. So, the next step you can do is to write to an office of Air Canada in your country and a MIRACLE will appear a few days after it.
Let's explain :
After I received that "famous" Air Canada mail, I wrote a letter to Air Canada's office here in Belgium (I'm a Belgian). A few days later the postman brought me a parcel with some fine items like : an Air Canada calendar, company profiles and a "special gift" which I only can describe as a "wooden postcard of an Air Canada B747-200" (= a B747-200 photo printed on a piece of wood) : really nice !

Hi Dirk

I noticed that you said that you lived in Belgium. I was wondering if you have an e-mail address or fax number for Air Belgium?

Regards

Craig
