Okay, it's all clear that Air Canada don't want to send any material. So, the next step you can do is to write to an office of Air Canada in your country and a MIRACLE will appear a few days after it.
Let's explain :
After I received that "famous" Air Canada mail, I wrote a letter to Air Canada's office here in Belgium (I'm a Belgian). A few days later the postman brought me a parcel with some fine items like : an Air Canada calendar, company profiles and a "special gift" which I only can describe as a "wooden postcard of an Air Canada B747-200" (= a B747-200 photo printed on a piece of wood) : really nice !
