You put your map on the screen and using the red + sign,navigate using the rudder pedals 0 and Enter on the Keyboard(0:Left,Ent:Right)

If you have good scenery that has runway signs, then you can just use them while taxing. Dont forget to center your rudder using 5 on the number pad to keep a straight course. Maps are great, but you cant get the number of the runway on them. Just use sense and judgement by looking at the heading guage (runway number times 10 gives you runway heading)
