Very nice ! There are a few mistakes in the French:

I'm quite sure the airlines won't suspect a thing when they start getting a dozen e-mails a day that are identical, but from different people.

I guess many people are going to apreciate it, but there are some mistakes, and for sure i'm gonna make some more, so please feel free to complete my possible ones, too.

Spanish:

Distinguido Señor / Distinguida Señora, or better, since you do not know who are you adressing yourself to, Distinguidos Señores:

French: as Jeremiah says, the word is securité (like safe), and not sûreté (like sure)

Merci beaucoup. Veuillez agréer mes cordiales salutations.

I have forgotten a lot of my German, so I'll let it for someone else, but Lieber (masc.) is for Herr, and for Dame (fem.) or for Herren or Damen (pl.) Liebe is more correct (frau is just "woman", not "madam" or some better courtesy...)

Italian:

Caro Signore (masc.) / Cara Siagnora (fem.) / Cari Signori (pl.)

Then, "alcuni" (pl.) instead of "alcuno" (sin.), and following... "o mi racommandasse dove poderia otterne.

Potete contattarmi via e-mail se potete aiutarmi.

Portuguese:

Prezado Senhor / Prezada Senhora / Prezados Senhores

From me, that's it. Anyone else feel free to make further corrections.

Oh!
I forgot something:

Greek:

You can see how to get Greek alphabet in the topic "Anyone Greek in this forum" (use the search engine, it is quite old)

Of course, this is valid to be used for any company not only in Greece, but in Cyprus, too.

I think that topic was a good idea. BUT do not use the german letter!

If you write an email you don't have to write the accents ` ´^.

Here's one I learned from my kids when they were doing their homework.

Go to WWW.AltaVista.Com. They have a translation page which transfers from English to French, German, Italian,Portugese and Spanish. Simply type your personalized letter and hit the TRANSLATE icon and your letter is instantly translated.

You can also translate from foreign languages into English and some others like German to French.

Check it out. Avoid the " Form Letter " if you can.

Just a few corrections from a portuguese in this forum:
Send the letter to the comercial director (Director comercial)

Exmo. Senhor,
