IAD -where's The Best Place For Airplane Spotting?

IAD -where's the best place for airplane spotting?

I usually go to the cargo areas on either side and the private plane terminal on the east side... Of course, the observation deck below the tower is pretty good also...
However, is there another spot for really close-up views of take-off/landings?
(kind of like Gravely Point at DCA, where
the planes fly over at 100 feet above your
head...)
