Newark Airport Airline Collectible Show & Sale

****** UPDATE 8/16/2000: ********

The 2000 Newark Airport Airline Collectible Show & Sale will be held at:

Sheraton, Newark Airport
128 Frontage Road
Newark, NJ

The show will take place on Saturday, September 9, 2000 from 0900 to 1600. There will be drawings for door prizes along with other events all day Saturday. Admission to the show is $5.00, payable at the door.

There will be a slide show and auction on Friday evening, September 8, 2000, at 1900 featuring professional quality photographs of airliners from around the world, past and present. All are invited to attend.

The hotel operates a free van shuttle to/from Newark Airport's monorail, which serves EWR's terminals and rent-a-car locations. The airport can be reached from Manhattan using the Olympia Trails airport express bus, and from Penn Station in downtown Newark via either New Jersey Transit bus #62 or the NJT Airlink bus.

Airline memorabilia shows feature a large variety of commercial airline items. These include crew insignia, aircraft models, books, magazines, postcards, photographs and slides, dining service items, ticket jackets, timetables, kiddie wings, baggage tags, menus and even air sickness bags (preferably unused). We encourage the public to bring any unwanted airline items to the show.

**** Sorry, dealer tables are sold out. ****
