FlightSim Stunts.

Mon Oct 30, 2000 10:55 pm

Hi.

What stunts have you done in the FS 98/2000?
I have done a loop through London bridge, Flew through the Eifel Tower, and went 90 degrees along the wall of the World Trade Center. ( All in the Extra 300S.)

I've also done a loop in the Boeing 737-400.

Furthermore, I have chrashed into the leaning tower of Pisa, (It still didn't fall over.) And I lost control of my 737 over Washington and crashed into the white house.

All of it was done with FS98.

Whats your story?

Landing on the Nimitz with an airliner;
flying beneath the Golden Gate Bridge (I actually witnessed a helicopter do that in reality).

Hi.

Was that with FS98? If it was, is the Nimitz located in Pearl Harbour? ( I tried to land on it with the Extra300, didn't work though)

What plane did you land with?

Thom@s,
good question... it´s been quite some time.
It must have been the first MS Sim in which an airliner was included, so 95 or 98. And I guess it was a 737, not sure about that; again, it was not an add on.
I really don´t know the Nimitz´s location.
I made it only once in a lot of tries - only worked with a strong headwind.
Hope that helps,
Daniel

Flying formations with dynamic airliners in an F/A-18 all the way to gear down point (A struggle for the F/A-18 in FS 98. Also flying down on the deck through mountains, but this is hard because the heights of mountains in FS98 are very unrealistic-19,000 ft. peaks in CO (the highest peak in CO is 14,433 ft.) and 32,000 ft. peaks in Tibet (Mt. Everest 29,035 ft.).
