Please HELP, Do You Have A Sony AIR-7 Radio?

If you do please tell me how to programme a channel as I've forgot.

At the moment I'm about 80 miles from my Air-7 but, from memory ('scuse the pun), I think you enter the frequency manually then press and hold "Program", or similar, while pressing the number of the channel you want to store it in.

If you don't get it working, e-mail me (otherwise I'll forget) on Tuesday or Wednesday when I'll have my Air-7 beside me.
