Does anyone know how to add the GPS toggle button to other panels?

Right, the GPS will be on your program menu when unzip it ok. Click on FS2k GPS. Where it says ''Look in'' at the top open that then go to program files, Microsoft games, FS2000, and then Aircraft. Cick on which Aircraft you want to put the GPS into and then click on panel and then one click on panel cfg then it should just be highlighted don't open pane cfg though and then go down to the open button click it, Then it should be there.

Hope this helps
