FS2002 - Something New Every Time I Fly...

Thu Dec 13, 2001 10:55 am

Just had a great experience...

Downloaded the AA 777 and was looking at (spot view, on the ground) during a thunderstorm. It's amazing how the lightning reflects off the plane!!!

Try it!

(Make sure you have aircraft reflections enabled).

Greetings

The AA 777 is great. It really is a "Silver Bird". Great job on the texture and the way it flies. It's my favorite when I fly International routes.

Thanx

I've heard that if you drag the wing accross the ground ona rough landing sparks come up!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

That's true, I was landing, and forgot to put down to landing gear. When I touched down, it was sparking like crazy. It was a spur of the moment, I took off and landed right away at a nearby airport, and forgot to do everything!

Well I downloaded the AA777 and installed it in a/c folder.
Was really curious about what it looks like with the new textures but it never showed up in the select aircraft menu not even with the ´show a/c reflections´kinda thing activated.
I retried several times but the result was always the f***ing same.  Crying

I didn't know that there was a damage model for the 747.... but there is, and lets just say that the results were 'spectacular' when my right wing 'accidentally' came in contact with the Golden Gate Bridge at 500+ knts. I'll try to post a screen shot later.

When I was taxiing @DEN,a 777 was told to go-around ,it didn't,then it was going to crash into the r/w,but ended up going thru it.It just got swallowed up!
