Sushka, some tips:
FS2000 planes tend to have a somewhat harder time landing. You must land extremely smoothly, the margin for error has been greatly reduced. Land too hard and either the nosewheel will collapse or you sink into the runway (some aircraft bounce madly a few times before they do this).
Be sure to turn autothrottle OFF before landing. It is no longer linked to the autopilot (at least in the 737 panel, maybe it is panel related).
Take over manual control a bit earlier. The AP can no longer be relied upon to get the aircraft perfectly onto short final. Fly her down yourself from say 1 or 2 miles out. Keep vertical speed down to under 500 fpm, and flare so you touch down with 100 fpm or less.
