Improved Airports For Fs2002

i have downloaded some from fsplanet unfortunately the txt files are in french and german . where do i extract them to.

any directory. I've made a folder /fs2002scenery where I create a sub for any area I want.
Then just add the scenery using the scenery database window in FS2002, pointing to the just-created directory.

If there are any flatten switches mentioned in the docs, you have to add those by hand afterwards.
