Establish Localizer
At the end of my IFR run, the ATC tells me to estamblish localizer. They did not give me a frequency to type into my NAV radio. So how would I know? Do I just hit the NAV button and it will lock on? Or do I need to find the frequency myself.

You get the frequency either from charts (Jeppesen Simcharts or real ones for example) or from the FS2002 mapview. Open the mapview and click on the airport. This gives a list of all frequencies and runways for the airport, including the ILS for each runway that has one.
Myself, I use it rarely as I have almost worldwide coverage in either paper or Simcharts but it works.
