Payment Offered For Drawings

Sun Jun 23, 2002 12:23 am

Do you have a passion for creating pictures of airliners? Have you ever wished you could make money doing it?

Now’s your chance. I have an offer I would like to pitch to the Airliners.net Forum.

There is a large number of “drawings” that I would like to have. To whoever can do it, I will pay (via PayPal, or if preferred, in airline related merchandise) $200 upon completion of the project. As long as this offer does not violate any copyright issues with the carriers involved, hopefully someone will take me up on the offer. I am asking a lot to be done (and I’ll allow time, and pay in increments), so although my offer is $200, I will negotiate with anyone that is serious about doing the whole project.

What I want are accurate, side view renditions of a number of planes and liveries. The planes themselves must be done on actual blank aircraft templates and not hand drawn (unless you are VERY good at producing the contours of an airliner). I want left side (tail on the right) views. As stated, the templates must be the same, or very close to those that would be used in a “three way view” you’d find in an airplane book.

I need the following planes done. I realize that some of them do/did not exist. But I want them done anyway:

RE: Payment Offered For Drawings

Hi

I guess it's 200US$ for each distinct aircraft-drawing, right?? Otherwise it sounds like a really bad joke.
Better go and check the Industry standards rates and get acquainted with their prices.

I myself sold ONE drawing for a multiple of your offer to a big german airline.

Rethink it!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

regards
Mario
