A Flightsim 2002 Computer

Sat Aug 24, 2002 8:34 pm

I have been pondering the idea of buying a seperate computer to just run flightsim.
One small problem is that I don't have much $$$$$
So i was wondering if I only had installed on the computer Fs2002 and the various things to fly multiplayer online what would be the neccessary secifications required for this job (I only know a little about computers) for the best price and roughly about how much would this cost (Please tell me the currency you are dealing with).

Regards

Lol....BA747-436

It's just since I got Fs2002 everytime I go on the internet to fly multiplayer, when Fs2002 is running it almost instantly disconnects and I thought it would be easier just to have a seperate computer for this purpose maybe it would run better without all the junk that is stored on the family computer...anyway it was just an Idea.

Tell me the most cheapest you can..

well I don't know about you, but I have a crappy computer and a good internet connection (ADSL), never disconnects when in multiplayer. So maybe a good connection would do it.

You can probably get a 1Ghz+ AMD Athlon loaded with goodies for about $500 now. PCs are so cheap nowadays. Just because it's a little outdated doesn't mean it's bad.
