Oh my, that is pretty awesome though - the amount of money he must of spent!! That is a lot of equiptment.

I bet you could do that cheaply with only 15" CRTs around and 15" CRTs down there.... not cheaply but $100 per CRT x 7=$700.00

plus joystick/control equip $1100 total

Check out http://www.flightdecksolutions.com this guy is doing this commercially! Figure a simulator such as these will run you about $3,000 to $5,000 or so.

A friend of mine is thinking of building an MD80 cockpit with the kits from Flightdeck Solutions...he's crazy for for the Mad Dog so I'm sure he'll go for it  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I would love to have something like this but don't think I'll ever go for it - don't have the space, and probably wouldn't have the patience to build something like that Big grin

Still, it's awesome looking at what some people are capable of doing. I love that A320 flightdeck!!
