FS2002 Strange Plane Postions

Tue Jun 17, 2003 9:07 am

I flew from KDCA to KSTL last night, when I landed there was a Soar MD-80 sticking nose down into the taxiway. Today when I started FS2002 in St Louis the Soar MD-80 was hanging nose down about 50 feet in the air. Anyone ever had planes do strage things like that?

I've never come across those that you mentioned but one thing I've came across is a Soar MD-80 circling above the threshold of a runway. I've only seen that once and boy he was really circling.. for very long.... it seems its always the MD-80 that's doing some weird stuff  Smile

I've never seen any thing like that.
But somewhere in Texas there is an America Pacific 737 that flys out of a field with a 3000ft runway. I can't remember where it is.

I think a B737 can make it out of a 3,000 feet runway.

It would be quite near the limit for a B737 to ops out of a 3 000 ft runway esp the NGs but less of the Classics and -200s.

This happened to me once, its quite funny, but it hasn't happened again. If it keeps happening re-install it, or just live with it.
