FS Standard Vs. Professional

Sat Mar 06, 2004 11:53 am

What are the differences between the FS 2002 Standard and Professional editions?

Thanks in advance,

The standard edition lacks several aircraft and their panels and gauges, and does not support turboprop aircraft.

These gauges are used by a LOT of addon panels, and of course all turboprop addon aircraft won't work either.

Apart from that there's no difference (but the Cessna Caravans alone are worth the money, they're excellent aircraft you find only in the Pro version).

Thank you so much!

I can't find the Pro edition. I even looked Microsoft's website that is why I was wondering what it is the difference. Thank you so much again.

FS2002 is out of production. Any you find in stores will be leftovers.

Current production version is FS2004, which comes in one version only with everything FS2002 Pro had and more for a lower price.
