A lot of the models were purchased from Atlantic Models when I lived in Miami. I also bought a few of them from a retailer known as Tally Ho, also iin Miami. Some of the unusual ones were purchased on Ebay. The AA
collection is mahogany except for the retro 757, which is fiberglass.
The best makers of 1/100th types are Atlantic, PacMin, Space Models, AMI/Phelps and Bader. The EA
747 and the NE 880 (gear down) are both Bader models and are very heavy and nicely detailed.
Atlantic does the best job with clearcoating, but some of their colors are just a tad off (i.e. the Northeast Yellowbirds are a bit "mustard" instead of slightly orange).
I should have some photos of my Beluga, AA
757SP and my larger CV880s on tonight.
