Catering/cars In FS2004?

Sat May 29, 2004 6:34 pm

hi folks,

which add-on shall I use with FS2004 to have:

a) catering cars etc. around

b) a car instead of an aircraft to drive over the field (if such a thing exists)?

regards,

ben

I think you should get yourself a drivers license, if you haven't got one already.

No seriously, I think the simflyers sceneries do have some catering trucks driving around: http://www.simflyers.net. Probably the best sceneries are the Palma de Mallorca and Bremen sceneries by Oliver Pabst, which are freeware and fancy a catering truck which will dock your aircraft as well as a refueling truck (only at Bremen). Unfortunately, they are FS2000/FS2002 only.

There are cars available for download at http://www.avsim.com AFAIK.

Kind regards,

Jeroen

Or if you don't like searching for the download page, http://library.avsim.com

Correction KLM777, that Bremen airport scenery does work on FS 2004!!!.. just check your dynamic scenery settings, i think it must be at least high for the fueltruck, caterers, and marshaller to work...also read the readme!
Now you're really flying

There is also an update for the PMA scenery for FS2004. Before the ground textures were grey but somebody fixed it.

Okey than Greaser and Eclipse, that's good to know! I'm still using FS2002 so I didn't really tried it and just copied what the readme said. Thanx for the info!

Fantastic video! Even though I have only just "discovered" this hobby and have only just bought FS04 lol. I'll probably catch up with FX in 2 years time!
