Not unique in the world of consumercrap. Skyjunk, I mean Skymall used to have "replica" business cards of famous people. Their "Amelia Earhart" business card had a swept-tail Cessna single on it. Amelia died in 1937.
A flight school ad in aviation magazines a few years ago had a painting of a plane that looked a lot like a DC-3 except that it had thirty or forty windows down one side of the cabin. DC-3 had seven. Just your basic hundred-passenger DC-3 I suppose. Another ad of the time had a jet airliner only it had no engines. None under the wings, none on the tail.
