Skat Aerobatics

Sun Aug 29, 2004 2:55 am

Today I had a chance to watch the Indian Airforce Display Team (SKAT-Suryakiran Aerobatic Team) performing an Air Show here in the South of India at Trivandrum. They were a 9 member team and had displayed for about half an hour during which they showed almost all formations normally Red Arrows shows.Well what I would like to know is that how does they make perfect loops.Does pilots relay on the G-force counter to do a perfect loop? And also during a show is there any restrictions for the team to perform inside a imaginary box in front of the audiance?

Regards
George
Happy Landings :)
