Does anyone have recommendations for binoculars for the purpose of contrail spotting?

I seen some 16x Bushnells, but they were only $30, how can that be?

16x for 30$?  Wow!
I got 10x for 36 euros!
I read that you can see high flying planes really well with 50x.
Operator!!! Give me the number for 911!!

I use Zenith. These are Japenese made ones but its only 10x. I would recommend you try 20x to 30x ranges.
