I'm flying the PSS777 right now, and the VNAV seems to work OK
. It didn't calculate top-of-climb at all (maybe it didn't have time due to the 7000fpm climb to FL36!), but it did show a top-of-descent point. I set 5,000ft in the MCP
a few minutes before T/D, and I'm descending into SFO
as we speak. The only problem is that I have to use lots of speedbrake.
I can't think of anything that's different from the PMDG FMC.
In your case, does the FMC calculate a top-of-decent point at all?
