By738, how are the starjets models? I've heard they have working flaps and stuff. is that true? If so, i might have to invest in one

There are no working flaps. The engine fans rotate if you blow them. The rubber tyres are very realistic and run smoothly.
The most realistic I have seen.

I got the Gemini 1:400 DC-10-30 in the colours of Monarch Airlines and I also got the Herpa NZ 1:400 747-400 Lord of The Rings "Frodo" last Thursday.

Both excellent but it looks like I've decided to switch to Herpa permenantly if their standards on the rest of their 1:400 scale are as good as the LoTR 744.

I got the Dragon Wings(I think) or possibly star jets Virgin Atlantic A340-300 - G-VAEL!

This aircraft is a special one to me as it was the first A340 i flew the first and last A343 i will fly!  Laugh out loud

It's lovely and was limited to only 1000pcs during it's 1998 release! It is 1:400 scale. I'll get some pics uploaded to the web of my models soon. The collection is growing.

I might pick up some more soon, hopefully the UA 772 old colors and a Singapore 777 either 200 or 300 variant! Anyone know of where i can get one?

Last week at ORD in the aviation shop there (which is great) I bought Sky Marks Virgin A340-600 at 1:200. It's by far my favourite model. I love it. I also have an A380 in Virgin's colours from Sky Marks.

I prefer to have models at 1:200 with their landing gear, and Sky Marks seem to be pretty good for that. I also have a Herpa 1:200 United 777 with the l/g and it was my favourite for a long time. The BMI a330 sounds fantastic. I love their livery, and the A330 is my fav a/c.

I'd love a 744 in BA's colours at 1:200 with l/g - if anyone knows where I can get a hold of it, let me know!

Thanks mate.

Interesting quote in their info: This is a QUALITY model of the very latest and largest aircraft from BOEING, the 747-400.

Chris - I believe that Hogan has a Singapore T7-300 variant. You might want to check it out at www.airplaneshop.com. I could be wrong, but I thought I saw one floating around there.
