Imagine Simulation New Orleans Intl. Released

Sat May 21, 2005 9:13 am

I was browsing my favorite FS add-on sites today and noticed that Imagine Simulation released their payware MSY scenery this morning. It is $20.99 and available: http://www.imaginesim.com/default.htm

Looks pretty good from the screenshots.

Except that Imaginesim has bland texture drawing and frame heavy objects. Isn't it done by the guy who they kicked out of Simflyers because he kept trying to design objects the old, crappy, and frame inefficient way? Theres no detail to the ramp other than a couple trains of pallets and some randomly placed vehicles. The textures look like they're made in MS Paint, with pure clean white colors. And lest not forget the night textures, which look waaaaaaay to bright. The terminal looks like its still in daylight. I think I'll be avoiding Cal Lewin's works until the frames are much much better and the texturing isn't FS2000 style.
Holy sh*ts and burritos.
