Are you referring to the white/red/yellow diamonds on the Nav Display? If so, you'll see them on aircraft with TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System), such as PMDG aircraft. They show the position of other aircraft, their altitude relative to yours and whether they're climbing or descending.

I was going to say you won't find that feature on default MS aircraft but it's so long since I used one that I can't remember.

Quoting Jamesbuk (Reply 2):

The Panel you are showing here is the panel for the 737 made by PMDG, and I'm sorry to tell you but this is most certainly not Freeware.
If you have this panel but want to use it for a freeware plane I feel I have to warn you that it takes a lot of knowledge and time before you can achieve this.

Maybe you can be a little more specific as to what panel you exactly want (type of plane).
There are a lot of excellent freeware packages out there that have some of the features you want, just give us some extra info so we could give you some extra tips.

Do you mean the moving map?

If so Ken Mitchell's freeware A320 panel has it:

Like ArniePie said, you are going to have to be a little more specific!  Smile

You will struggle to find a freeware 737/757 panel of payware quality!  Smile

Here are two very good freeware panels, but they probably won't live up to your expectations.

737:
