Has Anyone Played Airline?

Sat Sep 10, 2005 10:14 pm

I saw an ad here on a.net for the game Airline and I was looking at the screenshots and reading the info about the game. It seems incredibly realistic and unique, but before spending $60 on it, I wanted to know if anyone here on a.net has used it before. Is it worth the money?

The website for the game is http://www.airlinesimulation.com

Not that this will make a big difference, but it costs $55.

It is a great sim, it has a few bugs but that is only because of the amount of programming required to create the game.

Thanks

And EFZED puts out patches that fix those all the time and are excellent to their customers.

I have played AIRLINE since version 3 and it is a great game. It is really fun to play on a long flight

Well.. How about it.. I bought v4.3 and I haven't had to buy another upgrade since. I still have a few remaining.. It's superb!

It's worth it if your computer is up to scratch and also if you know how to make money. Many people complain about the complexity of when you first start up the business but if you can jump the first hurdle the rest is quite simple. I definitely recommend it to any airline enthusiast, although it eats away your spare time pretty quickly if you become addicted.

I third that!

Never played 6 but have 5, But it looks to me like 6 isnt really that different.
Anyone know if its really worth the extra 55 bucks to upgrade and keep in mind I don't just have money to throw away?

Cheers,

Is it worth upgrading: yes definetly.
Is it worth $55 to upgrade: well if you really like the game and get alot of use out of it maybe yes, otherwise no.

Hi guys,

I have been trying to buy Airline 6 online but their online store seems to have a problem?? I keep on getting an error message.

I tried to contact them but they haven't responded. What should I do?

So you have emailed airline@airlinesimulation.com? I'm pretty sure that they would try to get back to you. Well, none of the outsiders would have had contact with the managers so first of all try david@airlinesimulation.com. Anyways the information sent to either airline@airlinesimulation.com or support@airlinesimulation.com can be picked up by the numerous staff. The game is a pretty good seller methinks so there could be a queue. I believe that they would be trying their hardest to get back on that.
